Jalapeno & white cheddar biscuits are packed with fresh earthy herbs such as thyme and sage. The jalapenos bring in a nice undertone of heat tied in with the creaminess of the white cheddar and herbed butter. Good luck just eating one!
Preheat oven to 425. Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl flour, baking powder, paprika, salt, sugar, sage, thyme and butter and mix together with hands. Add the 2 cups of white cheddar and mix again… Make a deep well in the center of the mixture and add the butter milk mix again with your hands.
On a baking sheet with a ice cream scooper portion out the biscuits and bake in the oven at 425 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
After 10 minutes of baking brush the biscuits with a little melted butter.
